Class overview
The Class
I’m a big believer in low impact exercise and invested in programmes that are unique and encourage high intensity low impact effect that is suitable for a range of groups.
The advanced class will request you to have a few beginners sessions under your belt (3 months). You need to understand the relationship between you and the apparatus for safety reasons and this does take time.
In the advanced session you will see that the class enhances intensity, complexity and speed.
Routines are learnt every week from dynamic aerial dance to pure fitness from beautiful spirals to handstand push-ups….. obviously with a little help from your friend bungee!
