The Class
Kettlebells are cast iron weights that resemble a cannonball with a handle. Theyโre lifted using a swinging motion to provide a total body workout.
45 minutes every Saturday morning can make a huge difference to your strength development. Mix it with a cardio class and a HIIT session and you can tick off a beneficial week of training.
