The Class
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nationβ’ combinesΒ body weight, muscle conditioning, cardioΒ andΒ plyometric trainingΒ moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee isΒ driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In each class you’llΒ burnΒ calories whileΒ toningΒ arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves likeΒ high knees, burpees,Β andΒ jumping jacksΒ are interchanged with isometric moves likeΒ lunges, squats,Β andΒ kickboxing. STRONG Nationβ’ instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure youβre always challenged to the max.

Whitland-based FLOW Fitness delivers a plethora of fitness and dance activities with outreach programmes, as well as a full timetable, under one roof at Studio 17. The Studio was set up by Angharad James, a local dance artist and dance development coordinator for Arts Care Gofal Celf.
