Class overview
The Class
I’m a big believer in low impact exercise and invested in programmes that are unique and encourage high intensity low impact effect that is suitable for a range of groups.
In the Beginners class you will learn the fundamentals that will make you build trust in the activity, build trust with the apparatus and enjoy the challenges at an appropriate pace.
You will challenge your core muscles like no other! You will be amazed what you will achieve in the first session.
There is a weight limit of 17 stone – we require an idea of your weight and size before your first class to make sure we have the appropriate apparatus for you.
